Whereas this property is in the center of an established and existing townsite, although unincorporated, this proposed zone change would not, in our opinion, adversely affect the surrounding land uses. Specific questions for this request: 1. Moderate or severe soil limitations: None. • 2. Other hazards of limitations to use of the land: This soil exhibits a moderate wind and water erosion hazard.
