Approve Appointment to Regional Communications Advisory Board
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Lieutenant Gerald Porter to the Regional Communications Advisory Board as the
Sheriff's Office Representative as a standing position, to replace Lieutenant
Ben Endreson.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Lieutenant Gerald Porter be, and hereby is, appointed to the Regional
Communications Advisory Board as a standing position.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 8th day of April, A.D., 2026:
