The Board of County Commissioners has the option of attending in person or participating by proxy by appointing a current Briggsdale Water Company Board member, or any other Briggsdale Water member, to represent them. If the BOCC chooses to attend in person, only one member of the Board is required to be present; however, multiple members are welcome to attend. What options exist for the Board? We will need to meet again. The meeting is set for Tuesday, March 10, 2026. It will be held at the Briggsdale Fire Station at 7:00 p.m. Enclosed is a proxy form. If you sent one in for the original meeting, it can still be used, and you won't have to send another one. Though it was discussed that a proxy should not be limited to appointing a board member. If you cannot attend in person, please use the form to designate a board member or any other water member to represent you. Current board members are Jerry Warner, Nancy Allshouse, Teri Jewell, Michelle Spence, and newly appointed Jeff Sanders. We need the completed proxy form by the Friday prior to the meeting, You can mail it to the address above or hand it to Nancy at the Briggsdale Market.
