A public hearing was conducted on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., with the
following present:

Commissioner Jason S. Maxey, Pro-Tem

Commissioner Kevin D. Ross

The following business was transacted:

I hereby certify that pursuant to a Notice dated April 1, 2026, and duly published April 3,
2026, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of
The Rockin S, LLC, dba Rockin S Ranch, for an Entertainment Facility (County) Liquor
License at 6943 County Road 56, Johnstown, Colorado 80534. Bruce Barker, County
Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Matthew Conroy, Assistant County Attorney, presented a brief summary of the
application, shared staff did not present any concerns throughout the referral period,
stated Chair James and the Clerk to the Board's Office conducted a site inspection on
April 10, 2026, and staff recommends approval.
Chair James provided a brief overview of the inspection results, reviewing the legal
neighborhood and stating the diagram matches the physical premises.

approval of the Entertainment Facility (County) Liquor License.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.

dba Rockin S Ranch for an Entertainment Facility (County) Liquor License at
6943 County Road 56, Johnstown, Colorado 80534, based on the recommendations of
staff. The motion was seconded by Commissioner [Last Name] and it carried
