I hereby certify that pursuant to a Notice dated April 1 , 2026, and duly published April 3,
2026, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of
The Rockin S, LLC, dba Rockin S Ranch, for a County Dance Hall License at
6943 County Road 56, Johnstown, Colorado 80534. Bruce Barker, County Attorney,
made this a matter of record.
Matthew Conroy, Assistant County Attorney, presented a brief summary of the
application, shared staff did not present any concerns throughout the referral period, and
staff recommends approval.
