Approve Appointments to Juvenile Community Review Board
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Stephanie Amesto said board as the Juvenile Services Planning Committee Alternate
Representative, with a term to expire November 1, 2027, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Lauren Barrata to said board as the Probation Alternate Representative, with a term to
expire November 1, 2028, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Denise Haws to said board as the Human Services Alternate Representative, with a term
to expire November 1, 2027.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Stephanie Ames, Lauren Barrata, and Denise Haws be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with terms to expire as stated above.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 30th day of March, A.D., 2026:
