Facility: CRAVEN EVANS MURRY T4N-R65W-S17 L01 Well Production Facility NWSW SEC 17 T4N R65W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: Noble Energy, Inc requested permit to construct and operate natural gas ventin� and flaring from one (1) LP separator. CRAVEN EVANS MURRY T4N-R65W-S17 L01 is considered a well production facility. The facility receives well liquids and separates gas, oil and water using high-low pressure separators and one low-pressure separator. Emission from the LP separator are routed to one enclosed combustion device. Oil and water are sent to their respective storage tanks. Emission from storage tanks are sent to two enclosed combustion devices. Hydrocarbon liquids are removed from the facility usin� tanker trucks. Emission from hydrocarbon loadout are controlled using the tanks' ECDs. Facility is considered a synthetic minor source of VOC and a minor source of NOx. Uncontrolled emissions from the new source are above the major stationary source threshold. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.) The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application. A copy of the apptication, the division's analysis, and a draft of construction permit number 25WE0456 are available on the division website: Air Permit Public Notices The division hereby solicits submission of public comments from any interested person concerning the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and regulations of the commission.
