RE: CORRECT RESOLUTION DATED JANUARY 7 , 1981 CONCERNING APPOINT-
MENTS TO THE WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on January 7 , 1981, the Board of County Commis-
sioners adopted a resolution concerning appointments to the
Weld County Health Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been informed
that the terms of expiration listed in said resolution for Dale
Benson, Mike Deutcher and Thomas Baldwin, M.D. , were in error,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to correct said
resolution of January 7 , 1981 as follows :
Term to Expire
District 1: Dale Benson May 23, 1983
At-Large: Mike Deutcher May 23, 1981
At-Large: Thomas Baldwin, M.D. May 23 , 1983
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the resolution of January
7 , 1981 concerning appointments to the Weld County Health Board
be, and hereby is, corrected as stated herein.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
February, A.D. , 1981 .
