The facility receives well liquids and separates �as, oil and water using hi�h-low pressure separators and one low-pressure separator. Emission from the LP separator are routed to one enclosed combustion device. Oil and water and sent to their respective storage tanks. Emission from storage tanks are sent to two enclosed combustion devices. Hydrocarbon liquids are removed from the facility using tanker trucks. Emission from hydrocarbon loadout are controlled using the tanks' ECDs. Public Notice Requirements: Facility is considered a synthetic minor source of VOC and a minor source of NOx. Uncontrolled emissions from the new source are above the major stationary source threshotd. As a result, project is avoiding major stationary source requirements, and it is subject a public notice period of 30 days. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.) The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application. A copy of the application, the division's analysis, and a draft of construction permit number 25WE0414 are available on the division website: Air Permit Public Notices The division hereby solicits submission of public comments from any interested person concerning the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and regulations of the commission.
