RE: APPOINTMENT OF BETTY CORDOVA AS MEMBER OF THE WELD COUNTY
LIBRARY BOARD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Li-
brary Board, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Betty Cordova be ap-
pointed to serve on said Board to replace Berna Ruibal, whose
term has expired, and
WHEREAS , Betty Cordova' s term shall be from June 29 , 1983 ,
to May 1 , 1986 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Betty Cordova be, and
hereby is, appointed to serve on the Weld County Library Board
for a term to expire on May 1 , 1986 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
June, A.D. , 1983.
