Approve Appointment to Island Grove Park Advisory Board
Whereas„the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, a vacancy currently exists on the Island Grove Park Advisory Board, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
James Herman to said board as a Weld County Representative, with a term to expire
February 28, 2029.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that James Herman be, and hereby is, appointed to the Island Grove Park
Advisory Board, with a term to expire February 28, 2029.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 16th day of March, A.D., 2026:
