Approve Appointment to Board of Adjustment
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with.the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Adjustment, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Bryce Lange to said board as the At-Large Regular Member, with a term to expire July 31,
2028.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Bryce Lange be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Adjustment, with
a term to expire July 31, 2028.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 16th day of March, A.D., 2026:
