Dear Congressman Evans,
On behalf of the Weld County Board of Commissioners,I am pleased to express strong support
for the application submitted by the City of Dacono for federal earmarked funds to implement
the Grandview Blvd Bridge Transportation Infrastructure Project.
This project represents an important investment in the safety,mobility and economic vitality of
our region.The proposed improvements will address critical transportation needs that affect
residents, businesses, and regional travelers throughout Weld County.
Reliable and efficient transportation infrastructure is essential to maintaining a strong regional
economy and ensuring residents have safe and equitable access to employment centers,
schools,healthcare,retail and other essential services.This project will help reduce congestion,
improve roadway safety, strengthen freight movement and enhance connectivity between
communities within our county and the broader region.
Weld County recognizes the importance of collaborative partnerships in delivering successful
infrastructure projects. We are committed to supporting coordination among local
municipalities, regional transportation partners, and community stakeholders to ensure the
effective implementation of this project and to maximize the benefits of federal investment.
The proposed project aligns closely with our county's priorities to improve transportation safety,
