RE: CORRECTING AMBULANCE SERVICE CHANGE FUND TO PETTY CASH FUND.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado,
and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of November, 1981, the Board of County Commis-
sioners took action to increase a change fund at the Ambulance Service from
$25.00 to $50.00, and
WHEREAS, in the course of reviewing the funds, the Director of Finance
and Administration has discovered that the fund should be titled a petty
cash fund and not a change fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that the authority granted to the Ambulance Service is
for a Petty Cash Fund and not a Change Fund, in the amount of $50.00, effective
with the action taken by the Board on the 18th day of November, 1981.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of April, A.D. ,
1982.
