I am writing to let you know that our HOA has discussed amending the
building envelope for Noelle Moyers & Terra Paul at 1625 Peak Lane. We feel it
is fine for them to extend the envelope toward the south property line, making
sure to leave the setback limit of 20 feet when building their barn.
