Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the o affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, n Colorado has received a petition concerning the vacation of two alleys in Gill, Colorado, said alleys being described as follows : r) 1 . That portion of the alley in Block 15 which is adjacent to Lots 3, 4 , 5 and 6. 2 . That portion of the alley in Block 7 which is 4 adjacent to Lots 18 , 19 20 , 21 and 22 and Lots = 13 , 14 , 15, 16 and 17 . WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services of Weld County, Colorado has studied said request for vacation and has recommended that said request be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request to vacate the above described alleys 'in Gill, Colorado be, and hereby is , granted. No. 1838388 �7 State of Colorado, Weld County Clerk & Recorder RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL TO NARROW CERTAIN STREETS LOCATED IN GILL, COLORADO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home N Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the o affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has received a petition to narrow certain streets located es in the Town of Gill , Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has studied said petition and has made its recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners, and WHEREAS, after hearing the statements of the petitioners and studying the recommendations of the Department of Engineering Services, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to take action on the petition as follows : FIRST STREET - No change. SECOND STREET - Reduce from 80 foot right-of-way to 6f1 foot right-of-way in its entirety. THIRD STREET - Reduce from 80 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way between 3rd and 4th Avenues, reduce from 100 foot right-of-way between 4th and 6th Avenues to 60 foot right-of-way. FOURTH STREET - Reduce from 80 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way between 3rd and 5th Avenues . Reduce from 100 foot right- of-way to 60 foot right-of-way between 5th and 6th Avenues. FIFTH STREET - Reduce from 80 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way in its entirety. SIXTH STREET - No change. Leave at 80 foot right-of- way to accommodate drainage. THIRD AVENUE - Leave at 80 foot right-of-way except for 1st Street through the East side of 3rd Street. The North 10 feet of 1st Street through the East side of 3rd Street shall be vacated leaving a 70 foot right-of-way. FOURTH AVENUE - Reduce from 80 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way in its entirety. FIFTH AVENUE - Reduce from 100 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way between 1st Street and 5th Street. This is the east 1 of State Highway 37. SECOND STREET Reduce fzcan 80 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way in its entirety. THIRD STREET between Leave 80 foot right-of-wayA3rd and 4th Avenues, reduce fran 100 foot right-of-way between 4th and 6th Avenues to 80 foot right-of-way. This is a collector street. FOURTH STREET Reduce from 80 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way between 3rd and 5th Avenues. Reduce fran 100 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way between 5th and 6th Avenues. FIFTH STREET Reduce fran 80 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way in its entirety. SIXTH STREET No change. Leave at 80 foot right-of-way to accomodate drainage. THIRD AVENUE No change. Leave at 80 foot right-of-way to accandate collector street and drainage. FOURTH AVENUE Reduce from 80 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way in its entirety. FIFTH AVENUE Reduce fran 100 foot right-of-way to 60 foot right-of-way between 1st Street and 5th Strcct. That portion between 5th and 6th Street was previously vacated by resolution. SIXTH AVENUE No change. 80 foot right-of-way is needed to accomodate a collector stroct. The above mentioned suggestion would tend to make street right-of-way widths in Gillnform to the present Subdivision regulations. Gi E.
