We keep receiving these notifications, but our division does not have an interest. PACFA would be the
only division that would seek to have any input, and it looks like they are on the referral list. Please
accept this email as notification that the Colorado Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Animal
Protection (BAP), does not have any comments or interest in this special review application.
