A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
TO DELEGATE ITS AUTHORITY TO ISSUE REVENUE BONDS
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADEQUATE RESIDENTIAL
HOUSING FACILITIES FOR LOW AND MIDDLE-INCOME
FAMILIES AND PERSONS TO LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, pursuant to Sections 29-3-104( 2) and
29-4-806 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , hereby irrevocably
delegates to Larimer County, Colorado or to such other county
or municipality as may be authorized by Larimer County,
Colorado, its authority to issue revenue bonds prior to
December 31 , 1984 for the purpose of financing residential
facilities for low and middle-income families and persons .
Section 2. The Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado is hereby authorized
to enter into such agreements and take such actions as may be
necessary in order to effect the purpose of this Resolution.
Section 3. The revenue bonds shall not constitute the
debt of indebtedness of Weld County, Larimer County. the
State of Colorado or any other political subdivision thereof
within the meaning of any provisions or limitation of the
Constitution or statutes of the State of Colorado nor give
rise to a pecuniary liability of or a charge against the
general credit or taxing powers of Weld County, Larimer
County, the State of Colorado or any other political
subdivision thereof.
Section 4 . This Resolution shall be effective im-
mediately upon its passage .

The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
August, A.D. , 1984 .
