Facility: PETERSON T6N-R65W-521 L01 Well Production Facility NESW Section 21, Township 6 North, Range 65 West Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: The operator is requestin� coverage for a currently operating separator gas venting process onsite. Gas from a low-pressure gas/liquid separator is vented and controlled by (1) LEED Gen 2 '/a" ECD at the Peterson T6N-R65W-S21 L01 Pad. The operator developed emission factors using a site- specific gas sample taken in 2022 from the separator and used these to subsequently estimate and permit emissions. This point is being permitted as a synthetic minor source of VOCs under the NANSR and Title V programs. The facility is additionally a synthetic minor source of VOCs under PSD, NANSR, and Title V programs. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Re�ulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.0 due to the following reason(s): • This source is requesting a federally-enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.)
