RE: DECLARATION OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AND SALE OF EQUIPMENT TO WELD COUNTY
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Motor Vehicle - IGA Fund has indicated that there is no
longer a need for a 1971 Mauldin Roller, equipment number 6405176, for County
purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Municipal Airport has made an offer of TWO
HUNDRED ($200.00) dollars for the 1971 Mauldin Roller for use in Airport
functions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the 1971 Mauldin Roller, equipment number
6405176, is hereby declared surplus.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the offer of TWO HUNDRED ($200.00) dollars for
the purchase of the Mauldin Roller by the Weld County Municipal Airport
is hereby accepted by the Board of County Commissioners.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of June, A.D. , 1980.

IN THE SALVAGE YARD AT LASALLE, COLORADO I PROPOSE THE FOLLOWING

THE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OFFERS TO PAY $200.00 FOR THE SMALL
STREET ROLLER UNIT. THE UNIT'S ENGINE IS INOPERATIVE, AND I
WILL HAVE TO SPEND APPROXIMATELY $400.00 ADDITIONAL TO INSTALL
A NEW ENGINE.
K THIS UNIT CAN BE OF VALUABLE SERVICE TO THE MAINTENANCE CREW AT
THE AIRPORT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION OF THIS REQUEST.
