public comment period for Noble Energy Inc. - GREEN USX EE T7N-R65W-S13-L02. A

Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to
the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution:
Applicant: Noble Energy Inc.
Facility: GREEN USX EE T7N-R65W-S13-L02
Oil and Gas Well Production Facility
SWSE SEC13 T7N R65W
Weld County
The proposed project or activity is as follows:
Noble Energy, Inc requested initial permit issuance to construct and operate a new low
pressure (LP) venting source at the GREEN USX EE T7N-R65W-S13-L02 facility in Weld County.
The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements
under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.0 due to
the followin� reason(s):
• This source is requesting a federally-enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid
other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.)
The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.

The division hereby solicits submission of public comments from any interested person concerning
the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and
regulations of the commission. The division will receive and consider written public comments for
thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this notice. Comments may be submitted using the
