Hi Esther, per our conversation, attached are the documents we talked about for the OEM Code Changes. I added
the working copy with our notes between Bruce and I, a clean copy for you, and the work session request as well.
The Work Session was Held Oct. 7th. For dates for the BOCC meeting,the only thing I see as a conflict for me is I'm
at a conference Feb 10th-12thth
Bruce, a couple of questions for you, reference the comment for the Willd Fire Code, let me know if you are good
with it as written in the clean copy. There is also a note on the Delegation change to 2-1-120, do we do this change
at the same time or does that need a separate meeting or agenda item?

Commissioners, attached is a recommended update to the County Code for Emergency
Management. David Burns and I have worked for several months researching and identifying best
practices for Emergency Management Programs. The purpose of these updates is to provide
clear direction of our roles and responsibilities as directed by the Board. Several additions are as
follows;

• Responsibilities under the Community Right to Know Act. (EPCRA)
