Facitity: Klein 19 Sec Pad 1; Josephine 19 Sec HZ Well Production Facitity SWNE quadrant of Section 19, Township 5N, Range 64W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: PDC Energy, inc. (PDC) submits this permit application to consolidate the two (2) condensate tank batteries into a single AIRS ID and request permit coverage for tow-pressure separator gas venting, consolidating all three sources under a single construction permit for the Klein 19 Sec Pad 1; Josephine 19 Sec HZ facility. Additionally, the storage tank control device setup is updated to remove the VRU reduction credit. The facility is in the severe ozone nonattainment area and is synthetic minor for VOC and NOx NANSR and N-OP programs. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.0 due to the foltowing reason(s): • This source is requesting a federally-enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.)
