RE: RE-APPOINTMENT OF RUSSELL BILLINGS, ROBERT WARDLAW, ROBERT
SEYFRIED AND MICHAEL GUTTERSON TO THE EASTERN WELD PEST
CONTROL DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of: Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by resolution dated July 11 , 1973 , a pest control
district known as the Eastern Weld Pest Control District was
established, and
WHEREAS, members were appointed to serve on the Advisory
Board for said Pest Control District until the termination of
said District which was September 1, 1978, and
WHEREAS, by resolution dated August 30 , 1978 , the termina-
tion date of Eastern Weld Pest Control District was extended to
September of 1983, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advis-
able to re-appoint Russell Billings, Robert Wardlaw, Robert
Seyfried and Michael Gutterson to said Advisory Board for terms
to expire on September 30, 1983 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Russell Billings, Robert
Wardlaw, Robert Seyfried and Michael Gutterson be, and hereby
are, re-appointed to the Eastern Weld: Pest Control District Ad-
visory Board for terms to expire on September 30 , 1983 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
December, A.D. , 1980 .
