Diana 6T-321, 241, 401; 6Q-421 - Weld County Notice Period Begins: February 17, 2026 Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution: Applicant: PDC Energy, Inc. Facility: Diana 6T-321, 241, 401; 6Q-421 Well Production Facility SWSE Sec 6 T6N R65W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: PDC Energy, Inc. submitted a permit modification to update site-specific emission factors, request new permit limits, and update actual throughput and emissions for the eight (8) 400 barrel fixed roof condensate storage vessels connected via liquid manifold (Point 001) covered under permit 22WE0469 at a well production facility located in the severe ozone nonattainment area. This was submitted in response to the self-certification results completed for the previous permit issuance. The facility is considered a synthetic minor source of VOC under NANSR and Title V programs. This permit is being sent to public comment because new synthetic minor limits are being requested. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.0 due to the following reason(s): • This source is requesting a federally-enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.) The division will receive and consider written public comments for thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this notice.
