Dear Interest Owner:
Effective May 1st, 2025, Dunamis Energy Operating LLC ("Dunamis") acquired oil and gas interests from POCO HoldCo LLC, PEO
Colorado LLC,and Providence Energy Partners III,LP("POCO/PEO")for properties located in the counties listed above.According
to our records,you have an interest in the properties related to this transaction.Below is information regarding this change:
REVENUE PAYMENTS
POCO/PEO distributed final revenue payments for these properties in January 2026. Dunamis will begin revenue distribution in
February 2026.Receipt of this notification does not guarantee a payment will be issued to you.In accordance with Colorado statutes,
revenue will be disbursed once the account meets all requirements for payment and exceeds the statutory minimum threshold of
$100.00. Future payments will be issued on or before the last day of each month.
In order to align both oil and gas in the same payment cycle, Dunamis will be adjusting the revenue payment schedule. Royalty
payments will be made two months in arrears on all revenue types.Previously,POCO/PEO paid oil one month in arrears and gas two
months in arrears. As a result of this transition, no oil revenue payment will be issued in February 2026. All future payments will
reflect the new two-month arrears cycle.
STATEMENT DETAILS
You have been issued a new owner number,which can be found in the address block of this mailer.Your first payment will not include
a printed royalty statement. If you wish to access your statement, opt in for paper statements going forward, or enroll in ACH
payments,instructions on how to do so will be included with your check.Statements will also be available on EnergyLink.com
TAX FORM 1099
Questions about 2025 1099s should be directed to POCO:pocoaccountspayable@providence-energy.com or 214-522-9131.POCO
will also issue 1099s in 2027 for January 2026 revenue.Any revenue you receive February through December 2026 will be reflected
on 1099s issued by Dunamis in 2027.
