Dear Mr. Little:
You may let this letter be your permit to stage your special event on
(date) July 21st-23rd, 1982 , along Highway(s) I-25 frontage road
from (time) sunup to sunset with the following special conditions:
Lead and follow riders to carry flags warning traffic.
Wagons and horses to stay as far to the right as possible.
Person who may direct traffic must be certified peace officer.
It is the applicants responsibility to get local government approval
to use streets and roads that are not on the State Highway system.
It is your responsibility to make arrangements for Tao Enforcement
Officer assistance for traffic control and to inform all participants in
this event of the special conditions of this permit.
It is agreed that violations of any of the special conditions of this
permit may be cause for any authorized Highway Personnel or Law Enforcement
Agency to cancel this permit.
