Approve Cancellation of Board of County Commissioners Meeting Scheduled for
February 23, 2026
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, a quorum of the Board of County Commissioners will not be present at the
meeting of February 23, 2026; therefore, the Board deems it advisable to cancel said
meeting. •
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the Board meeting of February 23, 2026, be, and hereby is, canceled.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 11th day of February, A.D., 2026:
