RE: APPOINTMENT OF JAN STAUDINGER AND SARAH DURAN TO PLACEMENT
ALTERNATIVES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Placement Alter-
natives Commission due to the resignation of Eric Busch, and
WHEREAS, the Placement Alternatives. Commission has recom-
mended that the Board appoint Jan Staudinger as the representative
from Our House, Inc. to replace Eric Busch, and
WHEREAS, the Placement Alternatives Commission has further
recommended that Sarah Duran be appointed to serve on said
Commission as an additional citizen representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Jan Staudinger and
Sarah Duran be, and hereby are, appointed to serve on the Place-
ment Alternatives Commission.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
October, A.D. , 1982.

RE: PLACEMENT ALTERNATIVES COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS
Dear Mr. Martin:
As the Chairman of the Weld County Placement Alternatives Commission,
I am recommending the following people be appointed to the PAC.
Mr. Eric Busch has resigned from the PAC due to a change in employment.
Ms. Jan Staudinger has been recommended as a representative from Our
House Inc.
Sgt. John Michaels has had a change in duties within the Windsor Police
Department. Chief Chris Matson has agreed to serve on the PAC.
Ms. Sarah Duran has been recommended as an additional citizen repre-
sentative.
I am requesting that Jan Staudinger, Chris Matson, and Sarah Duran
be appointed as representatives to the PAC.
