Lots 1 and 2 in the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 15, Township 5 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., County of Weld, State of Colorado,
according to the subdivision of lands by the Union Colony of Colorado.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM a parcel of land conveyed to Weld County by deed
recorded February 6, 1926 in Book 796 at Page 70, described as follows:
A tract of land situated in the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 15,
Township S North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., said tract being 80 feet
in width, being 40 feet on each side of the following described center
line of State Highway No. 2 and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the said SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of
Section 15, from whence the Southwest corner of said SE1/4 of the NE1/4
of Section 15 bears South 0 degrees 12 minutes West, a distance of 695
feet, more or less;

I,Teresa L.Scheopner,the undersigned,being of lawful age and being first duly sworn upon
oath,depose and state that the following statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge,
information,and belief.
1. I did personally know David H. Scheopner while he was still living. Of my own
personal knowledge,I know that Scheopner died on May 15,2022,in the City of Loveland,County
of Larimer, State of Colorado. I know of my own personal knowledge that the person known as
David H.Scheopner was also that same person known as David Henry Scheopner,as shown on the
certificate of death that was recorded in the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Weld County on July 13,
2022,under Reception Number 4841774,who was born on January 11, 1940.
2. I know of my own personal knowledge that David H.Scheopner,a/k/a David Henry
Scheopner,was that same person who was named in the Warranty Deed,recorded in the Clerk and
Recorder's Office on July 13, 1992,under Reception Number 02295332,and who,at the time of his
death,was one of the owners in joint tenancy of 3 parcels of real property,whose legal descriptions
now are the following:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption Number 0961-15-1 RE-4591, as
shown on the recorded Plat which was recorded July 24,2007,Under
Reception Number 3492479,being a part of the NE 1/4 of Section 15,
Township 5 North,Range 65 West 6th P.M.,Weld County,Colorado.
Lot B of Recorded Exemption Number 0961-15-1 RE-4591, as
shown on the recorded Plat which was recorded July 24,2007,Under
Reception Number 3492479,being a part of the NE 1/4 of Section 15,
Township 5 North,Range 65 West 6th P.M.,Weld County,Colorado.
Lots 1 and 2 in the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 15, Township 5
North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., County of Weld, State of
Colorado,according to the subdivision of lands by the Union Colony
of Colorado.
3. I understand that this Supplementary Affidavit is being prepared pursuant to and in
compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes, § 38-31-102. This affidavit has been prepared for
