RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE WELD COUNTY PERSONNEL GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has been informed that appointments, reappointments,
replacements and corrections concerning the date of expiration
of terms to the Weld County Personnel Grievance Committee are
necessary, and
WHEREAS, said appointments, reappointments, replacements
and corrections are as follows:
Term Expires
*Dorothy Luny - Centennial Center Representative 3/1/82
*Vangie Cercia - Human Resources Representative 3/1/82
**Jack Morger - Road and Bridge Representative 3/1/81
**Captain Rick Dill - Middle Management Representative 3/1/81
+Dave Kauffroath - Health Department Representative 3/1/81
++Jerry Wanes - Department Head Representative (Chairman) 3/1/81
++Don Warden - Department Head Representative 3/1/82
*Appointment
**Correction to term expiration date
+Replaces Helene Yunnan and also a correction to the term expiration date
++Reappointment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the abovementioned people
shall comprise the Weld County Personnel Grievance Committee.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
April, A.D. , 1980.
