Dear Ms. Haagenstad:
Your application for a Special Use Permit for a Dog Kennel was approved
by the Board of County Commissioners on January 7, 1981. The final mylar
plat needs the property owner signature so that the Department of Planning
Services office may record the plat with the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder's office)in order to consummate the Board's approval.
Before commencing with the proposal approved by the Board of County
Commissioners, the final plat must be recorded with the Clerk and
Recorder's office.
Please contact the Department of Planning Services and make arrangements
to record the final plat on Case Number SUP-446:80:36.
