Subject: Award Recommendation for Cloudflare Proxy B2500152
Bids were received and opened on January 20, 2026 for the Cloudflare Proxy (IT-4105
2026 Proxy). Two bids were received ranging from $362,396.85 to $587,438.25.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bids. Arctiq out of Greenwood Village, CO
proposed the lowest cost solution of$362,396.85 for 5-years and meets the
requirements documented in the bid process. The proposal has a year 1 cost of
$83,479.37 which is included in the 2026 Information Technology budget. Years 2
through 5 will be budgeted at $69,729.37 per year.
With the above information, I recommend the BOCC award the Cloudflare Proxy to
Arctiq for a total amount of $362,396.85.
