Petitioner is protesting the 1991 actual value of the subject commercial property. 3 . The parties agreed that the 1991 actual value of the subject property should be reduced to: Land $26, 915. 00 Improvements $63 , 085. 00 Total $90, 000. 00 4 . The Board concurs with the Stipulation. After extensive review of retail sales account was adjusted down. 8. Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals on March 12 , 1992 (date) at 8: 30 A.M.
