DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE - That said Contract shall be changed in the following particulars :
The northwest wingwall on O.E.P. item No. 5-20 and one section of the deck on the north end
of this bridge per same item, shall be repaired.
and that after the said changes shall have been made with additions and/or deletions are
hereby directed to be a part of the original Contract, the agreement as shown by the
original Contract together with the above-named additions and/or deletions shall constitute
the agreement and Contract of the parties hereto
JUSTIFICATION:
Verbal authorization by the County Engineer to the field inspector.
