That several portions of the land described in the complaint

bonds, Series ilu::.hered 1 to 10, all of which as to principal and
interest became due one or before Dece.,tl er 1, 1929; tilt=t taxes have

said district hove been sold as prescribed by law to sat i efy
both principal and interest o:: said bonds; that more than six
