RE: DECLARE CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZE SALE OF
SAME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County currently owns certain property which is
described as follows:

That part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of
Section 12, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of

v the 6th P.M. , being a strip of land fifty feet
(50' ) in width, twenty-five feet (25' ) on each
side of the center line described as follows:

Beginning at the point 1402 feet West of the
h w Southeast Corner of said Quarter; thence North

o degrees 28' East, 1187 feet; thence North 45
degrees 2' East, 162 feet; thence North 0

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the bid submitted by
William F. and Toni M. Wickersham, in the amount of $330.00, for
the purchase of said property be, and hereby is, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
September, A.D. , 1990.
