RE: Transfer of Notice of Authorization for Biosolids Site
Dear Mr. Bond:
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division is in receipt of the
signed application for transfer of NOTICE OF AUTHORIZATION for BMP site # 1470 that was issued to
Liquid Waste Management, that requests a transfer of the NOA to Parker Ag Services.
Parker Ag Services will be the new responsible party for BMP # 1470, effective November 15, 2012, with all
coverage and liabilities. This will complete the transfer process.
