The Food Stamp caseload, however, showed a decrease in participation of 90 families compared with the prior month. Other caseloads did not show re- markable change. Expenditures for October, 1980 were $650,456. The Department remains slightly under budget with 82.4% expended after 10 months of 1980 has gone by.
