RE: APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER JOHN T. MARTIN TO THE WELD
COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County
Housing Authority, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner John T.
Martin be appointed to serve on said Housing Authority to fill
the unexpired term of C. W. Kirby, said term to expire September
13, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Commissioner John T.
Martin be, and hereby is, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of C. W. Kirby, which term to expire September 13, 1983.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
January, A.D. , 1983.
