Dear Mr. Allison:
We have reviewed the Jake Salazar Zoning Permit application and note
that the proposed mobile home is intended to replace a house which was
destroyed by fire. According to our review, all driveways shown on the
sketch map are existing, and no new ones are proposed.
Based on the above information, we find no conflicts with our interests,
but we would like to point out that our projected right of way for State
Highway 66 is 150 feet (75 feet each side of the highway centerline) . We
ask that additional width to meet this need be provided.
Thank you for the opportunity to review this application.
Very truly yours,
