1) This well shall be used in such a way as to cause no material Injury to existing water rights. The issuance of the
permit does not assure the applicant that no injury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another
owner of a vested water right from seeking relief In a civil court action.
2) The conatruabn of this well shall be in compliance wkh the Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Rules
• 2 CCR 402-2, unless approval of a variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well
Construction and Pump Installation Contractors in accordance with Rule 17.
3) Approved pursuant to CRS 37-92-602(3)(b)(Iq as the only well on a tract of land of 40 acres described as the NW
1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 28, Twp. 1 N., Rng. 64 W. of the 6TH P.M.,Weld County.
4) The well constructed under permit 182O46 must be plugged and abandoned according to the Water Well
Construction and Pump Installation Rules within ninety(90)days of completion of the new well. The enclosed wel
abandonment repan form mart be oornpleted a lkne%than to old wd wee plugged and abandoned.
5) The use of ground water from this well is limited to ordinary household purposes inside up to three(3)single family
dwelling,the watering of domestic animals,and the irrigation of not more than 1 acre of home gardens and lawns.
6) The return flow from the use of this well must be through an individual waste water disposal system of the
non-evaporable type where the water is returned to the same stream system in which the well is located.
7) The maximum pumping rate shall not exceed 15 GPM.
8) The average annual amount of ground water to be withdrawn shall not exceed 1 acre-loot.
9) Plain casing must be installed and property sealed to a minimum depth of 280 feet to prevent diversion of water
above this depth. The depth of this well shall not exceed 535 feet which corresponds to the base of the Lower
Arapahoe aquifer.
10) This well shall be constructed not more than 200 feet from the location specified on this permit.
11) Use of this permit carpels perm 182618.
12) Emergency verbal approval 9411605 was given on October 7, 1994 for the construction of this well. J.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1) This well shall be used in such a way as to cause no material Injury to existing water rights. The issuance of the
permit does not assure the applicant that no injury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another
owner of a vested water right from seeking relief in a civil court action.
2) The construction of this well shall be in compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 CCR 402-2, unless
• approval of a variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump
Installation Contractors in accordance with Rule 18.
3) Approved pursuant to CRS 37-92-602(3)(b)(f) and policy of the State Engineer under the following conditions.
4) The use of ground water from this well is limited to ordinary household purposes inside one single family dwelling,
the watering of domestic animals, and the irrigation of not more than 1 acre of home gardens and lawns.
5) Production from this well is restricted to the Lower Arapahoe aquifer which corresponds to the interval between
285 feet and 545 feet below ground surface. Plain casing shall be installed and sealed to prevent production from
other zones.
6) The maximum pumping rate shall not exceed 15 GPM.
7) The annual amount of ground water to be withdrawn shall not exceed 3 acre-foot.
8) The return flow from the use of the well must be through an individual waste water disposal system of the type so
that not less than 2%of the total amount of water withdrawn is returned to the same stream system in which the
well is located.
9) This well shall be constructed not more than 200 feet from the location specified on this permit.
Note: To insure a maximum productive Ide of this well, perforated casing should be set through the entire
producing interval of the approved zone or aquifer indicated above�tt. -le,
