• The purpose of this Use by Special Review is to enable Polar Gas Front Range, LLC to store propane
tanks on this property. There are no buildings associated with this property. The only time someone
will be present on the site is to either load or unload propane, which should not typically take over
forty-five minutes. As a result, there is no need for neither a water supply nor a sewage disposal
system.
