RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on February 6 , 1980, the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolution stating their
intent to issue revenue bonds for the purpose of financing
residential facilities located within Weld County' s boundaries
for low and middle income persons or families as soon as
Federal legislation so permits, and
WHEREAS , on July 9 , 1980, the Board of County Commissioners
appointed underwriters to assist Weld County in the issuance
of the aforementioned Mortgage Revenue Bonds, and
WHEREAS , two vacancies exist on said committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deem it in
the best interests of Weld County to name Frank Moore and
Dave Howell to the Mortgage Revenue Bonds Advisory Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Frank Moore and Dave
Howell be named to serve on the Advisory Committee to the
Board of County Commissioners for the issuance of Mortgage
Revenue Bonds by Weld County, as follows :
