RE: Water Service to Moorea Manor North—Minor Subdivision— 8 lots Dear Mr. Couch, At your request, we have completed an analysis of the District's system in regards to providing water to your client's property located to the west and north of the intersection of Weld Co. Rd. 21 '/3 and 24 'A. Our analysis indicates that the District can serve an additional eight (8) lots at this location at this time. The District will require the cost of the water system materials and installation be paid prior to providing water service. The estimated amount for this work is $14,916.00. However, this cost is only good for 30 days. This amount will be updated just prior to construction if the work is to be done beyond 30 days from the date of this letter. Per District policy pursuant to the Water Shortage Contingency Plan, this development will be required to provide the C-BT water shares needed to serve the lots proposed as a part of the tap fee for each lot. This letter shall be the "Line Extension Agreement" between the District and this proposed development. If you have any questions regarding the above, please advise.
