Proposed Use: The proposed Petro-Canada Resources (USA) Inc. Centralized Land
Treatment Facility(the Landfarm)will be an unmanned facility with no
need for a regular water supply. If fresh water is required periodically
to assist the land treatment operation, it will be transported to the
property by a commercial water truck.
The office building and shop areas located to the west of the proposed
Landfarm that are operated by Petro-Canada Resources (USA) Inc. and
Action Oilfield Services, are not directly related to the Landfarm
operation, and are provided with a public water supply.

Proposed Use: The proposed Petro-Canada Resources(USA) Inc. Centralized Land
Treatment Facility (the Landfarm)will be an unmanned facility with no
need for sewage disposal facilities. A port-a-let-type portable facility
will be provided if required.
The office building and shop areas located to the west of the proposed
Landfarm that are operated by Petro-Canada Resources (USA) Inc. and
Action Oilfield Services, are not directly related to the Landfarm
operation. They are equipped with buried septic systems.
