RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ROBERT GARY SANDAU TO THE UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a vacancy currently exists on the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Robert Gary Sandau
be appointed to fill the position of Fire Marshall for a term
to begin April 10 , 1984 , and expire December 31 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
Robert Gary Sandau to the Uniform Building Code of Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Robert Gary Sandau be,
and hereby is, appointed to the Uniform Building Code Board of
Appeals to fill the position of Fire Marshall for a term to be-
gin April 10 , 1984 , and expire December 31 , 1987 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
April , A.D. , 1984 .
