HomeMy WebLinkAbout810426.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF JAMES FIRESTINE FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, James Firestine has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a mboile home on the following described real estate, as a princi- pal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on the 20th day of May, 1981, considered the request of James Firestine for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Part of the Southwest Quarter of the North- east Quarter of Section 6 , Township 2 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the applicant, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of James Firestine for permission to place a mobile home on the above described parcel of land as a principal dwelling be, and hereby is, granted. Due to the price of building materials and the distance they would have to be transported and the high cost of construction I feel that a mobile home would be much more economical for me.
