Appendix B: Evidence of Adequate Potable Water Supply
Process Water and Depletions: Asphalt Paving will obtain the necessary State permits
and plans to construct and use a non-exempt commercial well for process water.
Asphalt Paving Company owns one share of the Brighton Ditch, which will be used to
augment depletions resulting from mine dewatering, process water use, and water
stored in the mined material. A copy of the Brighton Ditch share certificate is attached.
A State Substitute Water Supply Plan and Gravel Well Permit will be obtained through
the State Engineer's Office prior to exposing groundwater at this site.
Drinking and Sanitary Water Asphalt Paving Company will use water from the
operations well for sanitary purposes, and also provide bottled water to employees for
drinking.

Appendix C: Evidence of Adequate Sewage Disposal
Asphalt Paving Company will obtain a County permit for and install an Individual Sewage
Disposal System (ISDS) adjacent to the scale house at this site prior to occupancy.
There is not an existing system on the property.
