Dear Mr. Fritzler:
This letter is in response to a request for water service to serve the following property described as
follows:
N % NE Y<Section 22,Township 4 North,Range 66 West,Weld County, Colorado.
Water service is presently available to the above described property by tap number 406 located at
Weld Co. Rd. 44 between 31 & 33. Additional water service can be made available to this
, property, provided all requirements of Central Weld County Water District, Northern Colorado
Water Conservancy District and the Bureau are satisfied. This property has been petitioned into
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.
New service will have to meet the criteria stated in the Water Shortage Contingency Plan adopted
by the Board on June 20, 2002. Central Weld County Water District requires that contracts be
consummated within one (1) year from the date of this letter or this letter shall become null and
void unless extended in writing by the District. Please contact the Central Weld office for further
information about water service. Due to the rapid cost increase of raw water,existing tap fees may
not apply for water service-to this property. The District will not notify, by separate letter, any
prospective landowners or land purchasers of tap fee or line extension cost increases. The cost of a
tap fee and/or improvements will have to be paid in advance to the District by the prospective
customer in accordance with District policy.

Gentlemen;
Referring to your latter of July 10 to the K 6 R Well and Pump Cospany
at 145 - 16 Street, Greeley, Colorado, and that certain wellrregistration
we were applying for, I wish to give you the following information for
your records:
On July 24, 1961, the First National Bank of Greeley and John W.
Renderson, executor and trustee of the Estate of J. M. B.
Petrikin, pursuant to the will of Mr. Petrikin, conveyed fee
simple title to Mr. Petrikin's daughter, Nancy Petrikin
Tewksbury. She is now and has been since July, 1961, the
owner of some nine farms here in Wald County, one of which
you refer to in your correspondence.
I would appreciate your changing your records to agree with the fore-
going paf gh.--
The new well brought to your attention is now out-producing the old well (0 O
by some 500 gallons per minute. With a new pump and motor and better, 1`
more-modern drilling methods, I feel it only fair to tender an additional
$25 application fee and cancel the old well site that is in the records.
Am you are aware, we offset the old well by about 20 feet; however, the.
new well is yielding some 1,300 gallons per minute, well over the old
well's 800 gallons per minute.
As of July 28, 1961, the weld County Bank became agent for Mrs. Tewksbury.
Any further additional information or explanation that you need, please
address same to this bank.

We era unable to locate any wells registered under the name of
Angle Gay, so as to date no replacement permit has been issued.
Our records show six wells registered to the First National
Davit of Greeley. executor for the J.N.R. ►etrlken Estate. One of
these wells or Well No. R-620 is located, as shown on your replace-
ment application. The yield on this well is 800 gpm.
If this Is the well in question, please answer the following
question: Will the remaining five wells have a change in name of
owner?
A replacement permit will be Issued if this is the same well,
but for the original 800 gpm. Any additional or extended use requires
a $25 foe es provided for in the statute.
